On the occasion of Dragon Boat Festival, our company organized a unique and diversified handmade DIY theme activity. This activity aims to let employees feel the strong atmosphere of Dragon Boat Festival through the combination of tradition and innovation, and at the same time enhance team cohesion and creativity.

At the activity site, the well-decorated venue was filled with a strong festive atmosphere. Four kinds of DIY projects - egg painting, dried flower fan, colorful fan and colorful clay DIY - were neatly placed on the table, attracting the attention of many employees. 35 participants were divided into four groups, each of which started to create around different projects.

In the egg-painting session, the employees gave full play to their imagination and used various colors of paint to depict colorful patterns on the eggshells. Some painted traditional dragon boats and dumplings, symbolizing the traditional customs of the Dragon Boat Festival; some painted cute cartoon images, showing the vitality and creativity of young employees.

The production of dried flower fans and painted fans pays more attention to the delicacy and beauty of handicraft. Employees select their favorite dried flowers or color pens and carefully draw various patterns on the fan surface. Some fans are fresh and elegant, others are colorful, and each fan carries the maker's unique emotions and aesthetics.

The DIY project inspired the creativity of the staff. Everyone used colorful clay to make various shapes, some made lovely dumpling models, and some made dragon boats for the Dragon Boat Festival. The colorful clay became lifelike in the hands of the employees, as if adding a touch of childish fun to the scene.

This activity not only let employees feel the traditional cultural charm of Dragon Boat Festival, but also enhanced the communication and collaboration between teams through the form of handmade DIY. Everyone learned from each other and helped each other in the production process, and jointly completed a beautiful work. This teamwork spirit will also become an important driving force for the future development of spey technology.
